Mark Marshall
A Chartered Accountant, Mark is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (ICAANZ), and has been in public practice since 1998.
Mark’s experience comes from having owned and operated a number of accounting practices, covering a broad range of industry types. He has a solid understanding of the small business environment and the difficulties they face, relishing in the opportunity to assist clients improve their business to become more efficient and profitable.
Mark specialises in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s) with start-up, structure, as well as ongoing advice and support.
With a keen interest in self-managed superannuation funds (SMSF), Mark is able to assist clients with the initial setup of a fund, providing ongoing advice and support in regard to compliance obligations.

Kerry Pearce
Kerry Pearce is the Principal of Berwick Taxation Services and has over 20 years’ experience helping individuals, business owners and investors navigate Australia’s increasingly complex tax system.
Holding a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics, Kerry is a Registered Tax Agent and Member of the Institute of Public Accountants (MIPA AFA). She is committed to providing practical, commercially focused advice that goes beyond simply preparing tax returns.
Kerry works closely with business owners throughout every stage of their journey—from choosing the right business structure and meeting compliance obligations to tax planning, succession planning and navigating complex taxation issues. Her areas of expertise include companies, trusts, capital gains tax, business restructures, self-managed superannuation funds and strategic taxation advice.
What sets Kerry apart is her genuine commitment to building long-term relationships with her clients. Outside the office, Kerry enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, tending to her vegetable garden and orchard, and caring for the animals on her farm.

With a keen interest in personal and professional development, coupled with a desire to keep up to date in the evolving financial services industry, Pauline holds a Diploma of Financial Services, has undertaken H&R Block’s tax course, and attended numerous TAFE & industry relevant training programs.
A competent and highly efficient Office Manager, Pauline undertakes a broad range of taxation and administration tasks, assisting her team and clients with a high level of confidentiality.
A local resident, Pauline lives with her husband and family close by the office, in Beaconsfield having grown up in the neighbouring suburb of Cranbourne.
Pauline enjoys travelling, walking and reading a good book, as well as spending quality time with family and friends in her leisure time. A keen supporter of the AFL, Pauline is a passionate Tigers fan.
Simone N
Efficient and organised, with a passion for acquiring new skills, Simone has completed a Certificate III in Office Administration and Certificate IV in Business Administration.
A contributing and valued team member, Simone’s friendly and caring approach ensures every client receives the most up-to-date advice and highest possible standard of personalised service.
The youngest of five children, Simone grew up in Coleraine, Victoria and now lives close by at Cranbourne with her husband and daughter.
In her spare time, Simone enjoys sewing, wood burning, crafts, and attending local markets. This gives her the chance to unwind, recharge, and maintain a healthy balance between her professional and personal life.
