Kerry Pearce is the Principal of Berwick Taxation Services and has over 20 years’ experience helping individuals, business owners and investors navigate Australia’s increasingly complex tax system.
Holding a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics, Kerry is a Registered Tax Agent and Member of the Institute of Public Accountants (MIPA AFA). She is committed to providing practical, commercially focused advice that goes beyond simply preparing tax returns.
Kerry works closely with business owners throughout every stage of their journey—from choosing the right business structure and meeting compliance obligations to tax planning, succession planning and navigating complex taxation issues. A competent and highly efficient Office Manager, Pauline undertakes a broad range of taxation and administration tasks, assisting her team and clients with a high level of confidentiality.
A local resident, Pauline lives with her husband and family close by the office, in Beaconsfield having grown up in the neighbouring suburb of Cranbourne.
Pauline enjoys travelling, walking and reading a good book, as well as spending quality time with family and friends in her leisure time. A keen supporter of the AFL, Pauline is a passionate Tigers fan.
