Also committed to continually improving service standards, we recently implemented a new paperless system which enables clients to access their tax returns and notice of assessments online safely and securely, reducing time, phone calls and paperwork. This system streamlines correspondence from the Australian Taxation Office ( ATO ) enabling us to view and discuss tax matters more readily and easily with our clients. Files are accessible by our clients as and when they need them.
